From 1997 to 2009 Mr Eagleton purchased and managed several residential properties in Missouri, Wyoming, Montana and the southeast with the total number of locations exceeding 20. In acquiring this land and several more rental units, Steve continued his successful management and improvement of the property until its sale in 2008.
Additionally since 1996 Steve had served as an active member of the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution (GODR). As a member Mr. Eagleton has mediated several hundred cases involving landlord/tenant disputes, contracts and other real estate related matters.
